Your tasks
- Independent management of the assigned kitchen post
- Assisting in the implementation of inventories/orders
- Keeping the technical equipment clean in compliance with the specified cleaning instructions

We expect
- Completed vocational training as a chef
- 1-3 years experience in an equivalent hotel (4*s)
- Experience in French and Austrian cuisine
- Experience in the preparation of meat, fish, sauces
- Good language skills in English and German
