Your tasks
- Reception and cordial care of guests
- Upscale plate service for guests
- Advice and active beverage sales
- Table setting – Mis en place
- Wine & beverage service
- Responsibility for own station and instructing the Commis de Rang
- Compliance with and careful execution of our quality standards

We expect
- Good knowledge of German and English
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a hotel of comparable size
- Completed training in a hotel or tourism school is an advantage
- A completed apprenticeship as a hotel or restaurant specialist is an advantage
- Beverage knowledge
- Work with cash register (Orderman)
- Positive and collegial behavior in a team
- Openness for in-house training and further education
