Your tasks

  • Reception and cordial care of guests
  • Upscale plate service for guests
  • Advice and active beverage sales
  • Table setting – Mis en place
  • Wine & beverage service
  • Responsibility for own station and instructing the Commis de Rang
  • Compliance with and careful execution of our quality standards

We expect

  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a hotel of comparable size
  • Completed training in a hotel or tourism school is an advantage
  • A completed apprenticeship as a hotel or restaurant specialist is an advantage
  • Beverage knowledge
  • Work with cash register (Orderman)
  • Positive and collegial behavior in a team
  • Openness for in-house training and further education
