Your tasks

  • Welcoming and seating of guests
  • Personal service & advising our guests
  • Guest-oriented handling of complaints
  • Taking table reservations and creating the table plan
  • Creating duty rosters
  • Instructing the service staff
  • Supervision and completion of all work processes in the restaurant
  • Leading and developing the restaurant team
  • Responsible for the cash register and accounting system

We expect

  • Proficiency in at least two foreign languages
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position (restaurant with over 200 seats)
  • Very good knowledge of wine & spirits
  • Exemplary manners & leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Creative, independent work
  • Flexibility, ability to work under pressure & punctuality
