Your tasks

  • Knowledge of the food on offer & how it is prepared

  • Management of the kitchen team in the absence of the head chef

We expect

  • Completed vocational training as a chef
  • More than 5 years of experience in the kitchen
  • At least 1 year experience in the position of sous chef or head chef in a comparable establishment
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in French and Austrian cuisine
  • Good language skills in English and German
