Your tasks
- Control and organization of a smooth kitchen process
- Leading the kitchen team and creating duty rosters
- Independent organization and implementation of the buffet design
- Planning & creation of meal plans
- Independent purchasing of goods and quantity calculation/planning
- Checking and assisting with the serving of food
- Close cooperation with the service team

We expect
- Proven professional experience as a chef in an equivalent establishment (4*s)
- Exceptional experience in kitchen management
- Ability to recognize problems and solve them efficiently
- Communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work creatively and independently
- Practical knowledge of using various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- Good language skills in English and German
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure & punctuality
